WE GROW COFFEE.

Located in Mantiqueira de Minas, one of the most traditional coffee regions in the country, the farm is named after the toponym “boa vista” [good view] due to the beautiful landscapes and the true indigo [Indigofera tinctoria] an endemic plant in the region. The crops are in ideal coffee-growing conditions, with altitudes ranging between 1,150 meters [3,772 feet] and 1,480 meters [4,855 feet], annual average temperatures between 18 ºC and 22 ºC [64.4°F and 71.6°F] sunny slopes and with well-distributed rainfall, resulting in fruits with slow and prolonged maturation, whose resulting beverage scores 90+ in the SCA scale. The privileged terroir is combined to the strict technical standards of the owner, agronomist Fernando Cruz Neto, one of the main names in Brazilian coffee farming. Since 1972, the farm is an open-air laboratory, developing mountain coffee-growing techniques and producing specialty coffees with professionalism and socio-environmental responsibility.
